Returns and complaints

Return:

All products at TerraNoro are made especially for you after ordering. According to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, § 22 letter e , the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to the customer's specifications or that have been given a clear personal touch. This means that your order cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned unless there is a fault or defect in the product.

Goods purchased on “Sale” are subject to the right of withdrawal. I would like to point out that any cosmetic defects or deviations on these products are clearly described upon purchase, and are therefore not considered a complaint. Return shipping in the event of a right of withdrawal is covered by the customer. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product.

Complaints:

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or does not comply with what was agreed, you can make a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. To make a complaint, you must contact us within a reasonable time after you discover the defect, and no later than within 14 days of receiving the item. For complaints, please send an email to terranoro@outlook.com with:

• Description of the problem
• Image(s) showing the error
