About TerraNoro

Welcome to the gang!

TerraNoro is a creative hobby workshop created with a love for the handmade and unique. All products are hand-cast in small batches - from colorful statement dishes and playful candlesticks, to calm and lifelike shapes and earthy shades.

Here, the colorful and the subdued meet. Whether you love bright colors that pop in the room, or prefer simple and natural - there is something for every taste at TerraNoro.

If you can't find something that suits you, get in touch and we'll make it! The goal here is for everyone to find something that suits their home, style, interior and color palette.

Everything is made with a focus on detail, quality and sustainability - and with a desire to create something that is durable and unique that not everyone has. Every single product is unique in the sense that no two products are 100% alike. This can apply to shape, color and cosmetic flaws (or artistic flaws as I like to call them).

Materials and sustainability

The products are made from non-toxic materials such as eco resin and jesmonite - a recyclable material.

Typically, resin is epoxy-based, but the mixture I use is completely unique. It is made from acrylic copolymer and gypsum, which makes it great for hobby projects. It consists of a non-toxic acrylic resin.

It is very hard when fully hardened, which provides a long-lasting result, especially compared to regular plaster.

I always work to find safe and sustainable alternatives that are kind to both you and the planet. This means: no harmful chemicals, no risk to the indoor environment, and minimal waste in production.

Who is behind TerraNoro?

Behind TerraNoro, it's just me - a creative soul with a need to create.

This project was started as a hobby in January 2025, but already in February 2025 it turned into something bigger. In April 2025, TerraNoro became a sole proprietorship.

The name TerraNoro means earth from the north - and it encapsulates what I want to convey: a connection to nature, to the real, to the handmade. It's a little respite from the mass-produced.

I started TerraNoro because a few years ago my body stopped working, but my creativity continued. As someone with fibromyalgia, I needed to find a new path - something that gave me the space to create at my own pace, and put more heart into what I do. Through TerraNoro, I get to do just that - and pass on a little of that to others.

That's why part of the profits from the store go to the Norwegian Fibromyalgia Association - to support others in the same situation, and because this business would never exist without it.

So when you shop with me, you're supporting something bigger than just a vase or a dish. You're supporting the dream of being able to live, create and contribute - on your own terms.

Thank you for your attention.
Kind regards, TerraNoro.
